At GALETO, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must include its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened pet food or treats

  • Used pet products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the shipping package

We'll gladly provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, orders may already be processing and cannot be canceled.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
